It's protests all over the city! The death of the medical aspirant Anitha who took the extreme step due to NEET has shook the entire state of Tamil Nadu leaving the social media bombarded with RIP messages to the poor soul who hails from a economically poor background from Ariyalur.
Following the chain of protests in the city, presently, the youth from 'Puratchigara Manavar Ilaignar Ani' gathered at the Gandhipuram Town Bus Stand to show their relentless support for Anitha and to condemn the state and central governments for provoking a student to death by enforcing anti-people policies.
The aggrieved youth raised slogans against Dr.K.Krishnasamy of Puthiya Tamilagam party for his careless statements against the suicide of Anitha.
The police arrested 50 of the protestors and cleared the protest.
