Officials take "New India Pledge" in District Collectorate.

To celebrate 75 years of the iconic Quit India movement by our spirited freedom fighters during the freedom struggle, Government of India has taken an initiative to free the country of problems like poverty, dirt, corruption, terrorism, communalism and casteism and create a ‘New India’ by 2022. 

The government has launched a ‘New India Pledge’ campaign to urging citizens to strive hard to achieve the 2022 new India dream. 



Here in the city, the New India Pledge was administered by the officials and staff at the District Collectorate who pledged to make the nation proud. Ruban Sankar Raj, Project Director District Rural Development Agency led the pledge, this morning.
