A Two-day training on “Commercial production of Fruit and Vegetable products” will be held at Food Processing Incubation Centre, (FPITC), Regulated market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Kothavadi pirivu, Kinathukadavu on 3-8-2017 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. The training will cover the following topics:
Dehydrated vegetables and fruits, candy, squash, tomato ketch up, and beverages.
