A large herd of elephants which has entered Thadagam area made the people of the area jittery and it prevented free flow of traffic between, Thadagam and Anaikatti.
The elephant herd consisting of 15 elephants had entered the brick chulas situated near Thadagam for consumed water from water tanks there. Later the herd was seen camping near Anaikatti road due to which traffic was affected for more than half an hour.
