District Collector T.N.Hariharan inaugurates special loan mela of Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation Ltd

District Collector T.N.Hariharan inaugurated a special loan mela of Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation Ltd, aimed at distributing loans for MSME companies here.

Speaking on the occasion, the collector said that Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation Ltd has extended loans to the tune of Rs.15,785 crores to 1.21 companies out of which 90% are MSME companies. The first generation entrepreneurs are given priority and over 40% of lenders have belonged to this category.

Entrepreneurs could avail loans to the tune of Rs.75 lakhs the collector said and added that 14 different industries including setting up windmills, commercial complexes, marriage halls and new entrepreneurship are given loans under this state - owned financial institution” the collector said.
