“The liquor policy of a given state is dependent on its resources and one should not compare one state with the other”- T.K.Rangarajan, CPM Central Committee Member

The business community including traders, textile power looms, and ginning mills would be highly affected after the roll out of GST taxation regime which is coming in to play from July 1 said T. K Rangarajan, MP and CPM Central Committee member.

While thanking political parties including DMK, DK for expressing condemning at the attack he said all political parties should show solidarity while expressing views on public issues.

While noting that the city police should brought those criminals to book and arrest them, he said there are many unfilled vacancies in the police department in the district. While Amit shah, the BJP has said that the party’s is aiming to capture power at Tripura and Kerala it clearly goes to indicate their anti-communist agenda

The CPM would launch struggles and protests when the traders and textile sector is affected by the GST, Rangarajan said that the opposition parties would nominate an official candidate for the Presidential polls.

“The liquor policy of a given state is dependent on its resources and one should not compare one state with the other’ Rangarajan noted.
