The City Corporation is all set to introduce a citizen app for the benefit of its denizens. The mobile app, being introduced as part of the smart city initiative would be used to make announcements regarding smart city initiatives and it would include other interesting features.
"The ambient air quality of the city would be updated every day in the app for which air quality monitors would be set up in 30 places in the city. Train and air time tables and bus timings would also be listed in the newly introduced app. All the area wise city amenities and facilities would also be listed in app, which could be downloaded in android and iPhone", said City Corporation officials.
