Corporation to launch online facility for Express plan approval for buildings soon.

The City Corporation has come out with an 'Express approval plan' a novel plan to for speedy building plan approvals with the civic body limits. The online approval system would be introduced in the corporation limits and those who are constructing houses in 1200 square feet can avail the facility.

Presiding over a consultative meeting, CCMC Commissioner K.Vijayakarthikeyan said that the new express approval system would be implemented by the Town planning wing of the corporation. The blue print of the building plan along with other documents can be submitted on line, and fees paid through the banks, and scrutiny of the plan would be taken on the same day and approval given “he said. The facility would be available on Wednesday and Thursday every week he said.
