Perur Natarajan (77), a former MLA of Perur passed away here due to prolonged illness.
Natarajan, was a four time MLA who had represented the Perur Assembly constituency in 1977 1984, 1989, 1996. He had also functioned as State Secretary of DMK Labour wing.
Natarajan was suffering from kidney ailments and was under treatment for it.
