Bank of India celebrates Star Mahotsav in Coimbatore Zone.


Bank of India, Coimbatore zone has celebrated ‘Star Mahotsav in which all the branches took part. He thrust of the Mahotsav is “Ghar Ghar Dastak’ meaning -contacting each and every customer of the Bank at their door steps- for services such as recovery of NPA (Bad loans, Disbursement Retail Loans including Housing and Vehicles).

The Zonal Manager Shri T.Raveendran inaugurated the campaign at its R.N. Puram Branch in the presence of AGM T.V.Rao and other officials from Coimbatore Zonal Office. He has participated in discussions with NPA customers and handed over sanction letters loans across the various portfolios including housing, Vehicles, MSME and Stand up India Loans granted by R.N. Puram Branch.



T. Raveendran has also participated in similar activities in Bank of India’s other branches in Coimbatore including Sulur, Gandhipuram and Coimbatore Main Branch. The day’s activities ended with a customers’ meet at Coimbatore Main branch.

“The Star Mahotsav has evoked very good response from all its Customers and Bank of India, Coimbatore Zone was able to disburse about Rs.60.00 crores under Retail, MSME and Agriculture & could recover about Rs.3.00 crores in NPA accounts” said T.Raveendran, Zonal Manager.
