The employees of various Government departments, who are working in the old Collectorate campus is put to extreme hardship due to lack of running water and water supply is cut to these buildings.
“The water supply to the old building is stopped abruptly, and even toilets and rest rooms are locked as they have no running water, due to which employees are put to extreme hardship.
“Without running water we are not able to wash our lunch boxes even” said one woman employee working in the old Collectorate campus.
“The district administration has shifted offices to the new Collectorate campus, which is constructed within the campus, and only few offices are left functioning in the old Collectorate campus, and these offices have been denied water supply” say the employees.
The water supply system is in disarray , even the toilets the in the new Collectorate campus has no running water and employees , journalists and visitors visiting the Collectorate are put to extreme hardship due to lack of amenities.
