Pranab Mukherji, President of India arrived at the city airport by a charted plane to take part in the 159th Founder's day event of Lawrence School, Ooty.
Tamilnadu Governor, Vidyasagar Rao along with Rural development and Municipal Administration, Minister S P Velumani greeted the visiting President with a flower bouquet. District Collector TN Hariharan along with Chief dignitaries of various departments were also present.
