'Varnam 2017', an art carnival, was organised by the Brilliant Group of Institutions on 21st May 2017.
Zealous parents provided support and encouragement throughout the event. Online and spot registrations were held, which was taken care of by the enthusiastic staff members of Brilliant. Students from schools in various parts of the city took part in the program.
The welcome speech was rendered by the Principal of Bharthiya Vidya Bhavan, Mrs.Saroja, Radio city's RJ Dongiri David compered the program. Mr. Gopinath, Chief Guest for the event addressed the audience on the topic 'Importance of building self-confidence in children”.
The main aim of this competition was to create 'environmental awareness and social responsibility' among the students. Varnam provided the participants a platform to showcase their creativity and immense potentials. Gifts and participation certificates were provided to all participants and the Prize winners were felicitated with exciting prizes as well.
The event was celebrated in the presence Mr.Ram Kishore, Treasurer and Mrs.Janaki Ravi, Secretary, Brilliant group of institutions.
It was indeed a convivial evening that turned out to be a wonderful learning experience for the students as well.
