Drinking water supply to Coimbatore district, Palladam municipality, 14 town panchayats and 6 other panchayats has been stopped from 6 in the morning due to ongoing maintenance work. TThe maintenance work is expected to be completed by 12:00 pm today, after which water will be supplied. 3 of the 4 major motors are not currently functioning due to the ongoing work.
