Sri Ramakrishna Hospital receives NABH accreditation


Sri Ramakrishna Hospital has received accreditation from the Prestigious Quality Council of India, New Delhi for certification on National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) under NABH Standards for hospitals, 4th Edition.

Speaking of this milestone they have reached, Mr.R Vijayakumhar, Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust said, "We have grown by leaps and bounds in the last few years and are now equipped with experience and technology to take the quality care of our patients. We are committed to creating a culture of patient safety, efficiency and accountability in the years to come.”

 

The NABH accreditation process covers all aspects of hospital management; including fire safety, disaster handling, infection control practices, nursing protocols, equipment maintenance, patient feedback, credential checking of the staff and doctors, employee satisfaction and quality initiatives, which ensures that high standards of healthcare is achieved and sustained.

 

The NABH certificate has bolstered the hospital's continuing efforts to implement higher patient safety standards. Sri Ramakrishna Hospital has been enriching lives, not only through their quality treatment but also through their various social welfare initiatives. They have also been awarded the Guinness World Record for organising an event where “most numbers of people signed up as organ donors within eight hours”.
