Train No. 16845 Erode–Sengottai Express, originally scheduled to depart Erode Junction at 2 p.m., will instead originate from Karur Junction at 3.05 p.m. The service between Erode and Karur will remain cancelled for the day.

Similarly, Train No. 56106 Erode–Tiruchchirappalli Passenger will be short-terminated at Murthipalayam Railway Station and will not operate between Murthipalayam and Tiruchchirappalli Junction.
