Southern Railway has further rescheduled the departure of the Coimbatore–Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express (Train No. 11014) on June 30 due to the late running of the pairing train. The train will now depart at 4.30 p.m., 7 hours and 40 minutes behind schedule.
Coimbatore: Southern Railway has further rescheduled the departure of the Coimbatore–Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express (Train No. 11014) on Tuesday owing to the late running of the pairing train.
The train, originally scheduled to depart from Coimbatore Junction at 8.50 a.m. on June 30, was initially rescheduled to leave at 3 p.m., resulting in a delay of 6 hours and 10 minutes.
In a subsequent update, Southern Railway announced that the departure has been further postponed. As per the latest schedule, the train will now leave Coimbatore Junction at 4.30 p.m., taking the total delay to 7 hours and 40 minutes from its originally scheduled departure time.
The train will operate via Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Dharmapuri and Hosur before reaching Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai.
Southern Railway attributed the revised departure time to the late running of the pairing train and advised passengers to plan their journeys accordingly.
