Post Harvest Technology Centre, TNAU, holds training on “Value Added Products from Amla”

A two-day training on “Value Added Products from Amla” will be held at Post Harvest Technology Centre (PHTC), Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on 16-5-2017 and 17-5-2017. The training will cover topics such as Amla beverages - Squash, Ready to serve and Plain juice; Amla concentrates - Jam, Cheese and Butter and dehydrated amla products - Candy, Supari and Powder.

Interested people are requested to pay a training fee of Rs. 1,500/- directly and register their names. Participants are requested to register their names on or before 16-5-17.
