Kavitha Kalyanasundaram Files Nomination for Mettupalayam Assembly Constituency

Coimbatore: Kavitha Kalyanasundaram, the Secular Progressive Alliance candidate for the Mettupalayam Assembly constituency in Coimbatore North district, officially filed her nomination papers with Election Officer Viswanathan on Tuesday.




The nomination filing ceremony witnessed the presence of several prominent DMK leaders who extended their support to the candidate. Among those present were Coimbatore North District DMK Secretary Thondamuthur Ravi, former District Secretary Ramachandran, and District Council President Purushothaman.




The Mettupalayam constituency has been a politically significant segment in the Coimbatore North district, and the filing of nomination marks the formal entry of Kavitha Kalyanasundaram into the electoral race.
