140 Special Buses to Operate from Coimbatore for Ayudha Pooja and Dasara Festivals

In view of Ayudha Pooja and Dasara festivals, 140 special buses will operate from Coimbatore to other districts. This service will continue for three days from October 9 to 11.


Coimbatore: Good news for passengers traveling from Coimbatore to other districts. In view of Ayudha Pooja and Dasara festivals, special buses will operate from Coimbatore to various districts.

According to the announcement made by the State Transport Corporation, this special bus service will continue for three days from October 9 to 11. A total of 140 special buses are set to operate.

From Coimbatore Singanallur Bus Stand, 100 additional buses will operate to Madurai, Trichy, Tenkasi, Theni, Dindigul, Nellai, and Nagercoil. Similarly, 40 additional buses will operate from Gandhipuram Central Bus Stand to Salem, Erode, and Tirupur.

This special arrangement is expected to meet the demand of passengers during the consecutive holiday period. The State Transport Corporation has informed that the public can avail of this facility.
