MLA Amul Kandasamy Donates Washing Machine to Anamalai Government Hospital

Valparai MLA Amul Kandasamy donated a high-capacity washing machine worth Rs. 1.25 lakh to Anamalai Government Hospital on September 25, responding to a request from doctors for inpatient use.


Coimbatore: Valparai MLA Amul Kandasamy has donated a high-capacity washing machine to the Anamalai Government Hospital in Vettaikaranpudur, fulfilling a recent request made by doctors for the benefit of inpatients.

The doctors of the Anamalai Government Hospital had recently approached MLA Amul Kandasamy with a request for a washing machine to be used by inpatients receiving treatment at the facility. Responding promptly to this need, the MLA took swift action to address the requirement.

On September 25, MLA Amul Kandasamy personally visited the hospital to hand over the washing machine. The high-capacity washing machine, valued at Rs. 1.25 lakh, was procured by the MLA using his personal funds. This generous donation is expected to significantly improve the laundry facilities for inpatients at the government hospital.

The event saw the participation of doctors and nurses from the Anamalai Government Hospital, who expressed their gratitude for the MLA's timely and generous contribution. This gesture by MLA Amul Kandasamy demonstrates his commitment to addressing the needs of healthcare facilities in his constituency and improving patient care services.
