Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Begins Admissions for Postgraduate and Doctoral Programs 2024-25

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore has announced the commencement of admissions for postgraduate and doctoral programs for the academic year 2024-25, starting from September 16, 2024. The online application process will be open until September 30, 2024.


Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in Coimbatore has announced the commencement of admissions for postgraduate and doctoral programs for the academic year 2024-25. According to a press release issued on September 18, the university offers postgraduate courses in 34 departments and doctoral programs in 29 departments across 11 campuses through its Postgraduate Studies Institute.

The admission process for the 2024-25 academic year will begin on September 16, 2024. Prospective students are required to apply online through the university's official admission portal (https://admissionsatpgschool.tnau.ac.in/). The application window will remain open from September 16, 2024, until 11:59 PM on September 30, 2024.

Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related fields are eligible to apply for postgraduate programs. For doctoral programs, candidates must possess a Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering. Final year students of these programs can also apply by submitting their previous semester mark sheets. However, admission will only be confirmed upon submission of the provisional degree certificate.
