Village Administrative Officers Stage Protest in Udumalpet, Demanding Digital Graap Survey Equipment and Incentives

Village Administrative Officers held a demonstration in Udumalpet, demanding equipment and incentives for digital Graap survey work. The protest highlighted the lack of necessary tools and volunteer recruitment for the survey.



Tirupur: The Tamil Nadu All Village Administrative Officers' Association conducted a demonstration in front of the Udumalpet Taluk Office on Wednesday, raising concerns over the digital Graap survey work and related issues.

The protest was led by Balvasagam, the district president of the Tamil Nadu Government Village Development Association, and Eswaran, the division president. Vethivel, the secretary, and Syed, the treasurer, were also present at the forefront of the demonstration.



The demonstrators voiced their disapproval regarding the lack of equipment and incentives for the digital Graap survey work. They also criticized the administration's failure to take steps to appoint volunteers specifically for the Graap survey tasks.

Several officials spoke at the event, condemning the authorities for not providing the necessary tools and appropriate compensation for the digital Graap survey work. They emphasized the importance of proper resources and support for carrying out their duties effectively.

The demonstration saw participation from various Village Administrative Officers, including Ravi, the president of the Village Administrative Officers' Association, and Seenipandi, the secretary, along with other administrative officials.

The protest aimed to draw attention to the challenges faced by Village Administrative Officers in implementing the digital Graap survey and sought immediate action from the authorities to address their concerns.
