The Central Zone Library and Knowledge Center of Coimbatore Corporation serves over 200 school and college students daily. To enhance the center's utility and provide employment opportunities for college graduates and youth, the library has partnered with Socio Potents to launch this comprehensive skill development training program.
The program aims to help individuals enhance their skills to adapt to rapidly changing modern environments, secure suitable job opportunities, and achieve expertise in their respective fields. Participants in this initiative will have increased chances of reaching higher goals in their personal and professional lives.
Designed with guidance from quality experts, the program caters to students, youth, and the general public. Each training class will cover specific topics over a 30-day period. The program not only offers training from top-notch experts but also provides valuable job opportunities to participants during the training days.
The initial phase, spanning four months, will offer training in four areas: 1. Entrepreneurship Development, 2. Human Resource Management, 3. Accounting, and 4. Civil Engineering. The program focuses on enhancing individual skills, developing leadership qualities, improving entrepreneurial abilities, teaching modern technologies and strategies, and ensuring job placements.
