Kumaraguru College of Technology Hosts National Level Cubing Competition in Coimbatore

Kumaraguru Cube Open 2024, a national level cubing competition, is set to take place from August 15 to 18, 2024, at Kumaraguru College of Technology. The event expects over 150 participants competing in 17 categories.


Coimbatore: Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT) is gearing up to host the Kumaraguru Cube Open 2024, a prestigious national level cubing competition, from August 15 to 18, 2024. The event, now in its third consecutive edition, is organized by the Kumaraguru Students' Matrix Club in collaboration with the World Cubing Association (WCA).

The four-day event is expected to draw more than 150 cubing enthusiasts from across India to the Kumaraguru campus. Participants will showcase their skills in 17 different categories, including 3x3 cube, 2x2 cube, pyramids, and blindfold competitions, testing their speed, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.

August 17, 2024, is anticipated to be the most exciting day of the competition, with crucial rounds taking place. The Kumaraguru Cube Open 2024 welcomes cubers of all skill levels, providing an inclusive and competitive environment for both beginners and seasoned professionals.



As an event officially recognized by the World Cubing Association, participants can expect a world-class platform that adheres to international standards. This recognition ensures that the competition maintains the highest level of integrity and fairness in all its categories.
