BJP Holds Consultation Meeting in Udumalpet, District President Participates

BJP's Udumalpet city unit held a consultation meeting for party executives. District President Mangalam Ravi participated and praised the party's performance in recent elections.


Tirupur: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Udumalpet city unit organized a consultation meeting for party executives at a private marriage hall in Udumalpet, Tirupur district. The meeting was presided over by the city president Kannayiram.

During the meeting, booth committee presidents and executives who worked efficiently in the last parliamentary elections in Udumalpet municipality were honored with shawls. Tirupur South District BJP President Mangalam Ravi, who attended as a special guest, addressed the gathering.



In his speech, Ravi highlighted that the BJP secured over 2 lakh votes in the Pollachi parliamentary constituency. He specifically mentioned the party's impressive performance in Udumalpet municipality, where it secured 6,494 votes, pushing AIADMK to the third place and achieving a remarkable second position.

Ravi congratulated the city executives for this achievement and urged them to work diligently in the upcoming local body elections. He emphasized the need to secure positions such as municipal chairperson, municipal council members, and panchayat union presidents. The district president also called for united efforts from now onwards to ensure Annamalai's victory as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu in the upcoming 26th legislative assembly elections.



The meeting was attended by several party functionaries including State Vice President Kanagasabapathi, District General Secretary Vaduganathan, State Secretary of Trade Wing Karthikeyan, District President of Minority Wing Balraj, District Campaign Wing President Chinraj, and District Women's Wing Secretary Radhika. City General Secretaries Iyappan, Srinivasan, Thangadurai, City Vice Presidents Uma Kuppusamy, Ganesh Anand Selvi, Kannappan, Nachiyappan, and many others were also present at the event.
