Due to the ongoing road maintenance works, the Vadavalli -Thondamuthur road is blocked. Presently motorists, including buses of educational institutions, water supply lorries are diverted into residential roads which are very narrow. Hence, severe traffic congestion occurs during morning and evening peak hours.
Since this is an important road that connects Thondamuthur and Vadavalli, the residents and commuters have requested the concerned officials to fasten the maintenance work.
