The lavish dinner buffet spread includes 60 dishes including a variety of soups, starters, the main course and desserts in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. There are half-a-dozen live counters at the venue serving a plethora of delicacies according to the preference of guests and guests can watch the chef cook the dish for them.

The team of in-house kitchen staff headed by Executive Chef Arul Selvan have hand-picked the dishes that have made it to the menu of this food festival.
