Adi Dravidar Welfare Minister Kayalvizhi inaugurated the 'Makkaludan Mudhalvar' scheme at Rudravathi Community Hall in Kundadam Union, Dharapuram, Tiruppur district, receiving petitions from the public.
Coimbatore: Minister for Adi Dravidar Welfare, Kayalvizhi, launched the 'Makkaludan Mudhalvar' scheme at the Rudravathi Community Hall in Kundadam Union, near Dharapuram, Tiruppur district. The minister inaugurated the program and received petitions from the public.
The scheme encompasses services from 15 government departments, including Energy, Rural Development, Revenue, Disaster Management, Housing, Urban Development, Prohibition and Excise, Differently Abled Welfare, Social Welfare, and Women's Rights. Applications for 44 government schemes were accepted during the camp. Over 300 petitions were received, out of which 240 were immediately resolved.

The event saw participation from various officials and party members. Kundadam Union Secretary Chandrasekar, DMK Deputy Secretary Kumaravel, DMK Engineers Wing Organizer Gunasekaran, Panchayat Presidents Balasubramaniam, Mahendran, Mayilsamy, Sridhar, and Councillor Congress Rasu were present. DMK Union executives Thangavel, Gunasekaran, Chinnathurai, Kathires, and other DMK officials, along with members of the public and government officials, also attended the function.
The 'Makkaludan Mudhalvar' scheme aims to bring government services closer to the people, enabling them to submit their grievances and requests directly to the authorities for quick resolution.
