Public Grievance Redressal Camp in Coimbatore: 61 Petitions Resolved

Coimbatore District Superintendent of Police Badrinarayanan led a public grievance redressal camp on July 17, addressing 78 petitions related to family disputes, financial issues, and land conflicts.


Coimbatore: A public grievance redressal camp was conducted at the Coimbatore District Superintendent of Police office on Monday (July 17), led by District Superintendent of Police Badrinarayanan.



During the camp, 78 petitions were received, primarily concerning family disputes, financial issues, and land conflicts. Following an investigation led by the SP, two petitions resulted in FIRs being filed, while three petitions were registered under CSR (Community Service Register). Furthermore, 61 petitions were amicably resolved, and the police were instructed to conduct further investigations on the remaining 12 petitions.



The camp saw the participation of Additional District Superintendent of Police, Deputy Superintendents of Police, and Police Inspectors, who worked together to address and resolve the public's complaints.

SP Badrinarayanan advised the public that on other working days, they can approach their respective sub-divisional Deputy Superintendent of Police offices and police stations to seek resolution for their grievances.
