Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu government has sanctioned the development of the road from Mor Market in Ganapathy to Prozone Mall, according to an official press release. This decision comes in response to the area being identified as an accident zone and facing frequent traffic congestion.
The Highways Department will undertake the project, which includes widening the road from Textool bridge to Prozone Mall. This initiative aims to improve traffic flow and enhance safety for commuters in the area.

Coimbatore MP Ganapathi P. Rajkumar conducted a meeting and inspection of various road projects in Coimbatore on Tuesday. The MP was accompanied by Coimbatore District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati and Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner M Sivaguru Prabhakaran during the inspection of some of these areas.
