MyV3 app users in Coimbatore have petitioned the District Collector, seeking action against PMK's Ashok Srinidhi for allegedly spreading defamatory content about the company, affecting their livelihood.
Coimbatore: Users of the MyV3 application have submitted a petition to the Coimbatore District Collector, requesting action against Ashok Srinidhi, a PMK (Pattali Makkal Katchi) official, for allegedly spreading defamatory content against their company.

The petitioners, who are users of the MyV3 platform, stated that they have been earning a specific amount monthly by purchasing necessary items through the company. They mentioned that their income was temporarily suspended due to KYC updates and election code of conduct, but resumed from June. However, they claim that earning income has become problematic again due to false cases filed against the company and its managing director.

The users further alleged that Ashok Srinidhi of PMK has been continuously spreading defamatory content about the MyV3 company. They claim this has put the livelihood of 75 lakh users in question. The petitioners have appealed to the Collector to take action against Srinidhi and protect the livelihood of the app users.
In their petition, the MyV3 users have emphasized the impact of the alleged defamation on their earnings and requested the district administration to intervene in the matter to safeguard their interests.
