Power Outage Scheduled for Areas Under Pattanam Sub-Station Tomorrow in Coimbatore

Electricity Board announces power cut in areas under Pattanam sub-station on July 15 from 9 AM to 4 PM due to monthly maintenance work. Several areas in Sulur to be affected.


Coimbatore: The Electricity Board has announced that there will be no power supply tomorrow (July 15) from 9 AM to 4 PM in areas under the Pattanam sub-station near Sulur due to scheduled monthly maintenance work.

According to the announcement, the following areas will experience a power outage: Pattanam Pudur, Peedampalli (partial), Satyanarayanapuram, Kaveri Nagar, Stanes Colony, Nesavalar Colony, Vellalore, Pattanam, and Nayakkanpalayam.

Residents and businesses in these areas are advised to plan accordingly for the seven-hour power interruption. The Electricity Board has scheduled this maintenance work to ensure the continued efficiency and reliability of the power supply network in the region.

Regular maintenance activities like these are crucial for the upkeep of electrical infrastructure and help prevent unexpected power failures in the future. The Board apologizes for any inconvenience caused and requests the cooperation of the public during this essential maintenance period.
