Coimbatore: Today, in a solemn gathering at the DMK district office located in Vadakovai, Coimbatore, the 5th death anniversary of the late DMK MP M. Ramanathan was marked with respect and honour. The event was distinguished by the presence of Na. Karthik, DMK Secretary for Coimbatore City, who honoured the memory of Ramanathan by garlanding his portrait.

Among the notable attendees were Pongalur N. Palanisamy, Deputy Chairman of the Party's Asset Protection Committee; K Ramakrishnan, General Secretary of TDPK; Ganapathi Rajkumar, the DMK parliamentary candidate from Coimbatore; along with other key DMK functionaries such as Kotai Abbas, Kalpana Senthil, and Deputy Secretary SM P.
