Subbulakshmi Jagadesan, Deputy General Secretary of DMK has extended her support to the Tamil Nadu Farmers Association (non-political) at their protest meet held in Karamadai led by their association President, Rangasamy.
The protest meet was hosted to highlight the plight of the farmer's protesting in New Delhi and also urging the government to seek action on animal intervention on agricultural lands and stoppage of construction of check dams across Bhavani river by the Kerala Government.
Subbulakshmi Jagadesan visited Karamadai to flag off a free medical camp, as a part of Working President of DMK, MK Stalin's birthday.
