Blood Donation Camp Held in Coimbatore to Commemorate former CM Jayalalithaa's 76th Birth Anniversary

A blood donation camp was organized in Peelamedu, Ward No. 52, under Singanallur constituency, Coimbatore district, in honor of the 76th birth anniversary of former CM and AIADMK stalwart Jayalalithaa. The event saw participation from local leaders and community members.


Coimbatore: In remembrance of the 76th birth anniversary of former CM Jayalalithaa, a significant blood donation camp was conducted today (March 10) in Peelamedu, part of the Singanallur constituency in Coimbatore district. The camp, aimed at contributing to the community's health and well-being, was inaugurated by Coimbatore District Secretary Amman K. Arjunan and Singanallur MLA K.R. Jayaram.

The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of local party leaders and members of the community, including Party Secretary Ulaganathan, former Party Secretary Vimalsomu, Deputy District Secretary Peelamedu Duraisamy, District Amma Peravai Secretary Prabhakaran, and area secretaries Rajendran, Govindaraj, U.S. Rajendran, Naveen, and Manoj, who all played pivotal roles in making the blood donation camp a success.

In addition to contributing to a noble cause, participants were recognized for their generosity with certificates and saplings, promoting both health and environmental sustainability. The camp not only commemorated Jayalalithaa's legacy but also highlighted the community's commitment to supporting life-saving initiatives.
