Emami Aerocity - a 62 acre, 927 units, DTCP approved layout at Kalapatti, Coimbatore was launched yesterday, the 26th March, 2017. Emami Aerocity is a joint development project of Emami Infrastructure with Somus Realty Private Limited, a Coimbatore based real estate developer.
The project was inaugurated by Shri Harsha Vardhan Agarwal,Director, Emami Limited at the Emami Site at Kalapatti. Shri R K Agarwal, Advisor, Shri Girija Choudhary and Dr K Ramamurthy, wholetime directors, along with other senior management of Emami Infrastructure were also be present at the launch event in Coimbatore.
Speaking on the project, the Developers said, ' This marks Emami Infrastructure’s entry into Coimbatore, a key tier-2 city market for the Company. Emami Infra takes ownership for its maiden project in Coimbatore and has incorporated apartment style development features for the convenience of its prospective buyers.
