Night Marathon for Women: Coimbatore Police Commissioner Launches T-Shirt

Coimbatore Police Commissioner Balakrishnan launched the official T-shirt for the upcoming women's night marathon organized by GEM Foundation, aimed at raising awareness about women's health and cancer.


Coimbatore: GEM Foundation is set to conduct its second night marathon for women in Tamil Nadu on February 17. The marathon focuses on women's health, particularly raising awareness about abdominal and uterine cancer.

Today, Thursday morning at 11 AM, Coimbatore City Police Commissioner Balakrishnan officially released the T-shirt for this marathon. The launch event took place at the GEM Hospital premises. This initiative is part of an effort to promote health and wellness among women and to educate them about cancer prevention and care.









Attending the T-shirt launch were GEM Hospital Chairman Dr. Palanivel, CEO Dr. Praveen Raj, Joint Managing Director Mrs. Praba Praveenraj, along with other administrators of the GEM Foundation. The night marathon signifies a step towards empowering women by encouraging their participation in sports and spreading vital health information.
