Grand Kabaddi Tournament Kicks Off in Thondamuthur, Coimbatore:

Thondamuthur Ravi inaugurates a significant Kabaddi competition in Vellimalaipattinam Panchayat under Thondamuthur constituency, organized by DMK and Vivekananda Friends Welfare Association.


Coimbatore: A major Kabaddi tournament was held today at Vellimalaipattinam Panchayat, falling under the Thondamuthur constituency. The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) in collaboration with the Vivekananda Friends Welfare Association organized this event. Thondamuthur Ravi inaugurated the tournament. Notable attendees included branch secretary Ramesh, constituency organizer Viswanathan, Coimbatore North District Sports Development team organizer Tho.Mu.Thiyagarajan, and Coimbatore North District Adi Dravidar Welfare Committee organizer Thenai Siva, along with other DMK administrators. The event brought together sports enthusiasts from the local community, promoting the traditional sport of Kabaddi and fostering community spirit.
