Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Park in Coimbatore's Tatabad Area

A groundbreaking ceremony for a new park in Tatabad, funded by the Coimbatore South legislative assembly member, was held today, with MLA Vanathi Srinivasan attending the event.


Coimbatore: The Tatabad region in Coimbatore's South constituency witnessed a significant development today with the groundbreaking ceremony for a new park. This project, financed by the legislative assembly member's fund, aims to transform a previously unused area into a green space. BJP National Women's Wing Leader, Vanathi Srinivasan MLA, attended the ceremony and later addressed the media. She highlighted the transformation of a waste-dumping site into a park, aligning with the objective to create more green spaces in Coimbatore. The park is expected to serve as a beneficial space for physical activities and recreation for the public.



In addition, she mentioned the ongoing distribution of prasad from Ayodhya's Ram Temple and the preparations for the temple's consecration ceremony on January 22. She noted the enthusiastic public reception of the prasad and the plans to broadcast the consecration event on large screens and conduct devotional singing sessions. Srinivasan emphasized the cultural significance of the Ram Temple, symbolizing a triumph for millions and boosting morale.
