Karate Association Conducts Kata and Kumite Training Camp in Singanallur, Coimbatore

The Coimbatore Karate Association organized a kata and kumite training camp in Singanallur, attracting over 200 students from various districts. The camp, led by Sai Kai Do Karate Tamil Nadu President Saibroos, focused on skill enhancement and self-confidence.


Coimbatore: In Singanallur, Coimbatore, a comprehensive kata and kumite training camp was held under the aegis of the Coimbatore Karate Association. The camp, led by the Sai Kai Do Karate Tamil Nadu President Saibroos, witnessed the participation of over 200 male and female students from Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Namakkal, and Dharmapuri. The students showcased their skills, honed from morning till evening sessions.



The camp also included a special segment for former students who had been training for over four years. This segment focused on preparing them for final evaluations and imparting lessons on how to excel in training programs conducted by schools and various associations. The training emphasized building self-confidence and self-defense skills in challenging situations.

The event's organization was overseen by Asian Karate Judge Arivazhagan. It also featured the participation of senior masters like Jayaprakash and chief trainers Mohan, Karthik, Selvasankar, Ravisankar, Muruganantham, N. Mohan, Selvakumar, Rajesh, Nasar Theen, Vellingiri, Sivakumar, Seethalakshmi, Susila, Thangam, Saravanan, Manoj, and Prakadeesh.
