Pledge for people's Unity on behalf of Tamil Nadu Government Employees Union in Dharapuram

Tamil Nadu Government Employees' Union adopted a pledge of unity in the premises of the Highways Department office in Dharapuram, urging people to maintain unity on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary.


Tirupur: More than 100 government employees took a pledge that they will throw out the casteist ideology.

On behalf of the Tamil Nadu Government Employees' Union at Dharapuram, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Rani, district president of the Government Employees Union, at the Dharapuram Highways Department office premises to take a pledge of unity of the people to maintain the unity of the people, maintain communal harmony, promote equality of the world irrespective of caste, creed and creed.



More than 100 people took a pledge on Gandhi's birth anniversary, saying that the government employees would throw out casteist thinking and break down religious discrimination.

District secretary Balasubramanian, taluk branch president Senthil Kumar, district treasurer Murugasamy and district and taluk branch office bearers were present on the occasion.
