This International Women’s Day, instead of doing different things, two women did things differently. Sista Murty, chief coach www.ipower.org.in Sahiti and Poornima, Professor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University launch book titled "Celebrate Being A Woman".

“Celebrate being a woman” is the outcome of the training programmes the author has conducted to facilitate women realize the potential of tapping the inner strengths. The transformational techniques taught as part of workshops, helped many women overcome the serious challenges they had faced. The book has been authored by Sista Murty, the chief coach (www.ipower.org.in), Sahiti and Poornima (Professor of TNAU).
The real life stories in this book pictures how women with problems were transformed by coaching and guidance using specific techniques such as affirmations and love. The book clearly shows how our own mind and thoughts are responsible for situations we face in our lives. It depicts stories of women who used the power of love, positive thinking triumphed over adversities and converted their ordinary lives into lives that of celebration, success and inspiration. The authors also brought clearly how this love could be fostered in the hearts through use of simple techniques.
This book gives living examples of impossible is possible provided we are willing to change our thinking. The book was formally released by Dr. K. Ramasamy, Vice Chancellor, TNAU, Coimbatore during the International Women’s day celebrations at TNAU on 8-3-2017. In his presidential address he mentioned that the authors have mentioned women as diamonds and truly women are the most strong and courageous lot who like diamonds can cut through anything in life.
