World Wildlife Day was celebrated in at the Western Ghats international school. Jalaludeen, President of Nature Conservation Society was the chief guest.
B.Yukkta a student of Grade 8 gave the welcome address.
Jalaludeen presented an audiovisual presentation on the significance of wildlife. Students asked the chief guest a few questions and clarified their doubts about wildlife day. the students were also educated on the need for observing a wildlife day.
Jalaludeen also presented Best Eco award to Western Ghats international school which was selected for this award among 700 institutions in Coimbatore. This award was received by the students of Nature Club. Agnes Priya a Grade 8 student proposed vote of thanks.
