Palladam municipal complex dumped with liquor bottles

Liquor bottles were found dumped near the toilet of the Palladam municipality complex. A photo of liquor bottles with the picture of former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi on the banner has gone viral on social media.



Tirupur: In a shocking incident, liquor bottles were found lying in the Palladam municipality office.



The office building of Palladam Municipality in Tirupur district is located in nal road area. In a shocking incident, liquor bottles were thrown near the toilet in the municipal office premises as the public visited the municipality in large numbers every day.



Do those who work in the office drink alcohol inside the premises? Or are outsiders drinking alcohol? It's a mystery. In a shocking incident, empty liquor bottles were hurled at former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's photo on an old banner put up there.



The pictures have now gone viral on social media and have created a sensation.

Municipal Commissioner Vinayagam said, “We have cleared the liquor bottles that have been left in the municipal premises. Appropriate action will be taken against those who consume liquor in the premises after examining the CCTV footage recorded in the last 15 days.”
