'RSS leader Kundhan Chandravath should be arrested', resolution passed at CPI meet in Coimbatore.

The District level Management Committee meeting of the Communist Party of India was hosted at the Jeeva House in Coimbatore today. The party's Deputy Secretary of Tamilnadu Subbarayan spoke about the current chaotic political affairs in the presence of State Treasurer, Arumugam and District Secretary Sundaram. During the meet, following resolutions were passed:

*'For the past three months instead of Rice only Wheat has been distributed at the fair price shops t the people. And, Cooking oil and Dhal is not provided to the beneficiaries. People should be aware of the situation and if this condition prevails the concept of fair price shops will go futile.

*RSS leader Kundhan Chandravath has given an outrageous remark that Rs. 1 crore will be awarded to the person who brings the head of Kerala Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan. A RSS leader boldly making such threatening and brutal statements is highly condemnable. RSS continue to do so because they are backed by the ruling BJP party in the center. Our Indian communist party strongly condemns his hate speech and we urge that Kundhan Chandravath should be arrested with immediate effect.

*Tamilnadu Government's stand against Isha Yoga Centre implies that close to 109 acres of land has been used by this religious entity to raise buildings without any legal approvals. However, the TN government has also hinted that Isha Foundation has not paid any development charges for construction for those unapproved buildings, which raises the question that if Isha pays those development tax they will be let go? Isha Foundation has not only raised illegal buildings , they have obstructed the elephant corridor and killed the biosphere around the region. Hence, the illegal buildings should be demolished and the land should be taken control by the Government', Communist Party of India, Deputy Secretary of Tamilnadu Subbarayan said.
