Temple Consecration near Palladam after 16 years - Thousands of people have darshan!

The consecration of Maakaliamman and Vinayaka temples was held in magnificent style in Chittampalampudur village near Palladam in Tirupur district after a 16-year gap. A large number of people from the surrounding areas participated in the event.



Tirupur: The Arulmigu Maakaliamman and Vinayaka temple located in Chittampalam Pudur village, near Palladam in Tirupur district. Temples were renovated and the consecration ceremony took place after 16 years.

The consecration process began on the 24th of last month with theertha kalash and sprouts being offered to Lord Vinayaka.



The first yaaga pujas were performed for Ambica, theertha pots were brought from the yagasala to the gopuram kalash, sivachariyar vedic mantras were chanted, holy water was poured into the gopuram kalash, and the maha kumbabishekam was performed.



After the consecration of the gopuram kalash of Maakaliamman and Vinayaka temple, maha deeparadhana was performed to the idols of the presiding deity. A large number of devotees participated in the consecration ceremony and had darshan of the deity.
