Explosion at Dharapuram Government Hospital

A sudden burst of tiles in the emergency ward of the Dharapuram government hospital caused panic among the shocked patients who screamed and ran away.



Tirupur: More than 2,000 patients are being treated as in-patients and out-patients every day at a government hospital in Dharapuram in Tirupur district.



In this case, some people were undergoing treatment in the front emergency room of the government hospital on Friday night. Suddenly, one of the tiles glued to the floor exploded with a loud thud.



As a result, about 36 patients, medical nurses, doctors and staff who were undergoing treatment in the emergency department panicked and screamed and left the hospital.

Was the earthquake the cause of the sudden noise and vibration? With the reason Unbeknownst to them, everyone ran out of the premises of the government hospital, causing panic in the area.
