Money lying on road near Chinnathadagam; govt school children hand over to police station

Sashwanth, Darshan and Pranav, students of a government school in Chinnathadagam in Coimbatore district, were felicitated by the police after they took the money lying on the road and handed it over to the police.


Coimbatore: Panchayat Union Primary school is located at Chinnathadagam in Coimbatore district. On the evening of The 15th, the students were on their way home after school hours.

At that time, rs 200 in cash was lying on the road.

Students Sashwanth (9), Darshan (9) Pranav and boys Gowtham ( 9) of Government Higher Secondary School saw this.

They took the money and handed it over to the Thadagam police station.

In appreciation of the sincerity of the students who handed over the money lying on the road to the police station, they were summoned to the police station yesterday and felicitated by sub-inspector Arumuga Nainar and police personnel with special prizes.
