OPS faction celebrates MGR's 106th birth anniversary in Udumalpet by distributing welfare schemes to needy

AIADMK's O Panneerselvam faction celebrated late former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MGR's 106th birth anniversary in Udumalpet by distributing welfare schemes to over 100 needy people. A statue of MGR was also garlanded in front of the Udumalai Central Bus Stand in Tiruppur district by City Secretary U G K Sargunaswamy and sweets were then distributed to the public.


Tirupur: To mark the late former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MGR's 106th birth anniversary celebrations, AIADMK's O Paneerselvam's (OPS) faction in Udumalpet distributed welfare schemes to the public.



A statue of MGR was garlanded in front of the Udumalai Central Bus Stand in Tiruppur district by City Secretary U G K Sargunaswamy and sweets were then distributed to the public.



Tiruppur Suburban District Secretary Kamaraj participated in the event and distributed welfare assistance to more than 100 needy people.


District Council President Venkatapathy, District Joint Secretary Krishnammal, Tiruppur District MGR Forum Secretary MGR alias Balakrishnan, Gudimangalam West Union Secretary Nagaraj, General Council Member Rajaprakash, City Office Bearers Anjali, Line Nataraj, Jayaseelan, Zafar, Arun Karthik and others participated in the event.
